Our modern cloud architecture combines advanced AI-driven analytics with tightly integrated data ingestion, workflow automation and business intelligence solutions.This position offers an environment that fosters growth, creativity, and collaboration, where your expertise will be valued, and your contributions will make a difference.Primary Responsibilities:• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of RCM terms, industry standards, and Ensemble's applications and information flow• Analyze and document business needs• Develop process flows for current and future states• Break down business needs into features and stories, backing them with diagrams and documentation• Present feature requirements to PM and Manager/Co-manager for peer review• Understand and realize requirements, recognizing their value and reasoning behind prioritizationAdditional Key Responsibilities:• Manage and create forward-looking product backlogs• Prioritize backlog items based on changing requirements• Align non-functional (security, performance, etc) and reporting requirements to functional features, ensuring holistic development• Work across different verticals, collaborating with ops-engineering-product-analytics-implementation teams to seek feature-related feedback, understand and resolve dependencies• Clarify business requirements during offshore hours• Present requirements to the team during sprint planning, unblock engineering teams, and act as a proxy PM• Collaborate with teams to build high-level estimates, define timelines, and add features to the roadmap• Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development, to understand potential risks• Monitor and evaluate product development to mitigate risks• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver updates• Participate in grooming, scrum meetings, and product sprints• Perform feature acceptance and demonstrate deliverables to stakeholdersEssential Skills:• Knowledge of Healthcare - RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or Insurance is beneficial• Understanding of product development architecture• Experience working in Agile environments using scrum methodologies• Strong collaboration skills to partner with other teams to solve problems, incorporate feedback, and ensure smooth delivery• Business analysis, documentation, and presentation skills• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to learn quickly and lead from the front• Familiarity with Azure ADO, AHA, draw.io, Visio is advantageousWhy Join Our Organization?Flexible work arrangementsGrowth-oriented work cultureHigh-quality learning and development opportunitiesPositive work-life balanceEmployee-friendly policies
