Quality Assurance EngineerWe are seeking a motivated and self-driven Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality testing standards across all products and systems within the applications portfolio.The primary responsibility of the test engineer is manual planning, test execution, and process improvement. Additional responsibilities include maintenance of automated frameworks and test cases. Work closely with QA and Development teams to drive and improve delivery processes.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.At least 8 years of professional experience in Test Strategy, Test Design, Test Execution analysis & reporting.Experience designing test strategies and end-to-end test scenarios and estimating test efforts.Hands-on experience with Automated Testing tools building framework and automated scripts using automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.Experience in Java or JavaScript is required.Strong understanding of software QE concepts, recommended practices, and methodology that cover functional testing, integration testing, regression testing and UAT.Ability to manage multiple test events and projects at a time.Strong hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.Hands-on experience with Jira, ALM, TFS/ADO or similar systems of record.API testing tools & automation experience is strongly preferred.What You'll Bring to the Role:High level of attention to detail.Analytical and Critical Thinking.Working knowledge of quality assurance/quality management best practices.Push the envelope, establish and evolve QA practice.Good character and a great attitude.Comfortable wearing many hats and can function well in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to quickly learn and understand business processes.
