IT Head

We are looking IT Head will oversee and manage all aspects of the organizations informationtechnology systems ensuring that all technology operations are efficient secure andaligned with business objectives. This role involves the leadership of the IT departmentmanaging the company s web presence securing office IT infrastructure andimplementing technology solutions that drive business performance. The IT Head willalso be responsible for developing and enforcing security protocols to safeguardcompany data.
Responsibilities Develop and implement the company s IT strategy to support overall business goals. Lead the IT team providing direction and support to ensure optimal performance. Work with senior management to align IT initiatives with business needs. Manage the IT budget ensuring effective use of resources and costefficiency. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to protect the company s digital assets. Monitor for security threats and lead responses to any incidents. Implement security measures including firewalls and antivirus software to preventunauthorized access. Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations. Manage cloud services and integrate them with onpremises systems where necessary. Oversee the deployment and management of office hardware including computersprinters and mobile devices. Lead the IT support function ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Develop and maintain a system for tracking and addressing IT support requests. Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and software. Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
Select and implement software solutions that meet the company s operational needs. Oversee software deployment updates and licensing across all departments. Ensure all software is maintained and compatible with existing systems. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate software contracts as needed.
