Lead UX Engineer / UI DeveloperJob Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Lead UX Engineer/UI Developer to spearhead the migration of our PBM Pricing solution to Azure.This pivotal role involves reimagining the BPE Admin UI as a microproduct-based framework utilizing HTMX and Golang, while leading a small team to deliver world-class UI solutions.The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable web interfaces using Golang + HTMX, collaborate with multi-database systems, contribute to DevOps practices, and work closely with backend and cloud teams.Strong proficiency in Golang is essentialExpertise in UI frameworks such as HTMX, React, or Angular is requiredA background in Java, UI/UX architecture, and frontend leadership is desirableFamiliarity with Azure cloud components and excellent communication and client-facing leadership skills are crucial for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:1. Replatform the BPE Admin UI as a microproduct-based framework2. Lead a small team to deliver high-quality UI solutions3. Design and develop scalable web interfaces using Golang + HTMXRequirements:Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, accompanied by 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a lead or architect role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Golang, HTMX, and one or more UI frameworks (React, Angular, etc.). Strong understanding of software design patterns, scalability principles, and DevOps practices.Bonus Points:If you have experience working with Java, UI/UX architecture, or frontend leadership, it would be a significant advantage.
