Demand Generation Associate Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and data-driven professional to drive qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Planning and ExecutionPlan, develop, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, social media, webinars, events, paid ads, etc.).Collaboration with Sales and Marketing TeamsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target audience segments and create personalized outreach strategies.Lead NurturingManage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.Marketing Asset DevelopmentWork closely with content, design, and digital teams to develop compelling marketing assets.Campaign Performance Tracking and AnalysisTrack, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize ROI.Account-Based Marketing and Lead TargetingIdentify opportunities for ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and high-value lead targeting.Campaign CoordinationCoordinate with external vendors, partners, and event organizers for campaign execution.Data ManagementMaintain and update CRM/marketing automation tools with accurate lead and campaign data.Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related FieldBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Demand Generation Experience0–2 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation (SaaS/IT industry preferred).Digital Marketing Channels and Analytics UnderstandingStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign analytics.CRM and Marketing Automation Platform ExperienceExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).Communication and Collaboration SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Cross-Functional Teamwork AbilityAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
