Job Description

Training IELTS / TOEFL / PTE students to acquire their respective scores and develop excellent service. Understand all areas of the course syllabus provided and follow up on the latest exam trends. Use various skills of teaching to engage students to achieve expected results.

*Please do not apply if you are not based in Pune. This is an in-office job role & 5 day work week from office*


Responsibilities

As a Faculty and Trainer of IELTS/PTE/TOEFL and other such courses you will be:

·     Responsible for discipline decorum

·     Training students to acquire their respective scores and develop excellent service

·     Excellent knowledge of the subject assigned to teach and ensure students' participation

·     Understand all areas of the course syllabus provided and self-updating on the latest exam trends

·     Use various skills of teaching to engage students to achieve expected results.

·     Ability to communicate effectively with students of all age groups and social backgrounds

·     Conduct online sessions and training where and when necessary

·     Conduct extra troubleshooting sessions with students when required

·     Making teaching plans according to the tests and exams

·     Regular feedback one to one discussions to assess the needs of students

·     Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records

·     All and any feedback of students to be discussed with students and their parents 

·     Build strong and trusted relationships with students

·     Manage all stakeholders and client relationships in a highly professional manner

·     Identify opportunities for continual improvement and realize the benefit of such opportunities by advocating new ways of working.

·     Undertake any other lawful duties as reasonably directed by management

·     Strong Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook skills


Skills and Qualifications

· Min 2 years experience in coaching students for IELTS / PTE / TOEFL

· Bachelor's degree, preferably B.A in English

· Good Student reviews and feedback

· Sensitive towards holistic development of students

· Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with students

· Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
