Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer (SDET) Experience: 7+ Years (Minimum 4+ Years Relevant Automation Experience) Qualification: Any Computer Science Degree Location: Bangalore Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer (SDET) to join our QA Engineering team. The candidate must have strong hands-on automation expertise in Java , API automation (Rest Assured) , UI automation (Selenium) , and mobile automation using Appium (Android/iOS) . Experience with Katalon Studio and CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities Design and maintain API automation frameworks using Java + Rest Assured Build and enhance UI automation suites using Selenium WebDriver Develop and execute mobile automation using Appium + Java Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/etc.) Work closely with Development & Product teams to ensure high-quality releases Execute functional, regression, and integration testing Analyse and troubleshoot automation failures and perform root-cause analysis Must-Have Skills Strong proficiency in Java and automation framework design Hands-on experience with API automation (Rest Assured) Solid working experience with Selenium WebDriver Proficiency in Appium + Java for mobile automation Familiarity with Katalon Studio (added advantage) Experience with TestNG/JUnit , Maven/Gradle , Git Good understanding of CI/CD tools and processes Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to performance testing tools Experience with Docker / Kubernetes Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Qualification BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field
