You will work on feature development across core backend services, focusing on system performance, integrations, and reliable data processing.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize backend features using Python, Flask, and SQLAlchemyDevelop and maintain data models and business logic interfacing with MSSQL databasesWrite and maintain automated tests using pytest to ensure code qualityTroubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and integration challengesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in FlaskSolid understanding of SQLAlchemy and relational databases (MSSQL preferred)Experience with pytest and test-driven development practicesFamiliarity with version control, CI/CD workflows, and team-based developmentExperience in e-commerce, logistics, or systems integrations (preferred)Comfortable working in a Linux-based development environment (preferred platform).Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsClear communication and teamwork in a remote environmentAbility to deliver quality features within deadlinesContract DetailsFull-time contract roleRemote workPotential for contract extension or renewal based on performance and project needs
