We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Content Creator who can capture the soul of Korea’s streets and tell stories that connect, engage, and inspire — one post at a time.Role Overview:As the Content Creator for Good Seoul, you’ll be the visual and narrative voice of our brand online. From sizzling Rapokki shots to kitchen recipe prep, from aesthetic plating to real-time customer reactions — you’ll be responsible for creating content that makes people crave more than just food. This role blends creative storytelling, short-form video creation, trend awareness, and cultural intuition — perfect for someone who’s deeply plugged into food, lifestyle, and digital culture. Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation & Curation. ● Conceptualize and create daily content (Reels, videos, photos, stories, and posts) for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. ● Capture behind-the-scenes kitchen moments, customer interactions, food prep, and street-style vibes. ● Plan, shoot, short-form video content aligned with Good Seoul’s tone — bold, playful, and culture-forward. ● Curate and mood-board visual inspiration to keep storytelling fresh, trendy, and authentic. ● Shoot on-ground events and capture BTS 2. Campaign & Calendar Execution.● Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and creative teams to execute content calendars for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and local events. ● Manage timely posting, scheduling, and social storytelling. ● Create visual narratives around menu drops, pop-ups, collaborations, and cultural festivals (K-pop, etc.). ● Ensure consistent brand voice and look across all social platforms. 3. Collaboration & Influencer Support.  ● Support influencer & creator collaborations — assist in shoot planning, content coordination, packaging videos, and repost management. ● Be present at events, shoots, and activations to capture dynamic on-ground footage. 4. Copywriting & Communication. ● Write sharp, on-brand captions, hooks, and scripts for Reels and videos. ● Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain visual-verbal consistency. 5. Insights & Growth.● Track engagement, views, shares, and reach — regularly analyze what’s working and what’s not. ● Stay on top of viral trends, formats, audio tracks, and storytelling styles — adapt them for Good Seoul’s unique identity. ● Pitch new content ideas, experiments, or series that help grow engagement and brand love. Key Skills & Attributes:● Excellent eye for food styling, composition, and visual storytelling. ● Strong at short-form video creation and design aesthetics.  ● Knowledge of editing softwares (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, After Effects) is a plus ● Prior experience with DSLR shooting and lighting ● Organized, self-driven, and creatively resourceful under tight timelines.Preferred Experience:● 2 to 3 years minimum of content creation experience, ideally in food, lifestyle, or youth-centric brands. ● Background in media, communication, design, or visual arts is a bonus. ● Prior experience working in brand marketing or content agencies is a plus. ● Generated content for Genz / Gen Alpha group Culture Fit: You'll thrive at Good Seoul if you...● Find beauty in food — the sizzle of a grill, the swirl of sauce, the steam rising off hot dumplings. ● Love Korean culture — from street food to K-pop to cultural festivals. ● Think in content — always spotting a story worth capturing. ● Are agile, curious, and thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments. ● Have a street-smart creative energy — confident, bold, and always evolving. Please Note: Looking for Immediate Joiners only from Mumbai Location.
