You will welcome them into our ecosystem, start conversations, organize interviews, collect stories, and bring their voices into our features, challenges, and collaborations.Your focus will be on people and purpose: helping everyday athletes feel seen, supported, and part of something meaningful. You will gain hands-on experience that gets published and noticed.Key Responsibilities:Start conversations, build rapport, and engage with athletes, clubs, and sports groups online.Reach out to athletes on platforms like Instagram and coordinate interviews or follow-ups.Collect photos, stories, and permissions in an organized way; familiarity with tools like Jasper is a plus.Switch between outreach, conversations, interview scheduling, and community activation activities.Take initiative, manage multiple outreach threads independently, and keep conversations warm without needing reminders.Required Skills & Qualifications:Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic knowledge of content creation and editing.Benefits:This role offers hands-on experience in community engagement, content creation, and social media management.
