POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a highlyskilled and certified Odoo Techno Functional Sr.Consultant/Lead with 5+ years ofexpertise in Odoo ERP system, covering all Odoo modules to join our team inBangalore. The ideal candidate will provide functional and technical consultingto help implement and customize Odoo solutions based on business needs.You'll playa crucial role in the development, deployment, and enhancement of ERP solutionsthat meet organizational needs. If you're passionate about ERP systems, we wantto hear from youROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESDesign,configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR,Procurement, etc.) to meet business requirements.Developtechnical solutions, including custom modules, workflows, and reports.Conductgap analysis between business needs and existing functionality, identifyingareas for custom development.Provideongoing technical support, debugging, and troubleshooting for Odoo ERPapplications.Optimizesystem performance through enhancements and improvements in workflows,processes, and integrations.Collaboratewith teams to ensure seamless upgrades, migrations, and implementations.Analyzeand document business processes and requirements, translating them into Odooconfigurations.Providerecommendations on best practices to maximize system efficiency.Ensurethe system aligns business goals and financial processes, maintainingcompliance and functionality.Workclosely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements andprovide effective solutions.Trainend users on new features, updates, and processes to promote efficient systemuse.Providepost -implementation support and maintain strong feedback loops.Manage integrationbetween Odoo and third -party applications using APIs and connectors.Ensureproper data migration, mapping, and synchronization during implementations.Maintaindata integrity and system security through proper configuration and monitoring.Proactivelyidentify project risks and bottlenecks and devise contingency plans to mitigatethem.Ensuretimely completion of development, testing, and deployment phases.Evaluatesystem performance and provide recommendations to optimize functionality.PERSON SPECIFICATIONS Academic QualificationsBachelor's degree incomputer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.Relevant professional certificationsin ERP systems, Odoo, or database management are a plus.Experience5+ years of experience inOdoo ERP implementation, customization, and development.Hands -on experience inconsultation and implementation of Odoo modules across multiple businessfunctions (Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.).Strong understanding oftechnical development (Python, XML, JavaScript) and functional workflows withinOdoo.Good knowledge of Pythonand ODOO frameworkKnowledge of databasemanagement systems such as PostgreSQL and API integrations.Experience in datamigration, deployment management, and Odoo system upgrades.Strong analytical,problem -solving, and debugging skills.Excellent communicationskills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.Ability to work underpressure, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.Proactive mindset with akeen eye for process improvements and system optimization.Collaborative andadaptable, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
