Job Description:As a key member of our online store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and managing our ecommerce platform. This includes analysing sales data to drive revenue growth, providing exceptional customer service via multiple channels, managing website content and inventory, and generating insightful reports on sales trends.You will play a crucial role in identifying new strategies to improve overall revenue, average and median order value, and minimizing cost of operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily store operationsDrive sales through data analysisProvide top-notch customer serviceManage website content and inventoryGenerate reports for sales trendsRequirements:Strong analytical & problem-solving skillsKnowledge & experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus ecommerce platformsUnderstanding of Unicommerce Order Management System & its integration with Shopify & other marketplacesAbility to analyse sales data and identify trends to drive sales
