Position: DAM Librarian (Digital Asset Management) Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi Experience: 2–5 years Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree (Life Sciences preferred)About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented DAM Librarian with a strong understanding of digital asset workflows and a background in Life Sciences. In this role, you will manage and optimize our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring seamless organization, governance, and accessibility of digital content across the organization.Key Responsibilities Asset OrganizationUpload, organize, and maintain digital assets (images, videos, multimedia, etc.) within the DAM platformDevelop and implement standardized taxonomy, tagging, and folder structures for improved navigation Metadata ManagementAssign, update, and maintain accurate metadata for all assets to enhance searchabilityEnsure consistency and quality across metadata fields and asset descriptions Access ControlManage user roles, permissions, and access rights within the DAM systemCollaborate with IT to ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance Workflow IntegrationIntegrate DAM workflows with other tools and systems used across the organizationPartner with content creators (Omni/GBS/Marketing teams) to streamline asset upload and retrieval processes Training & SupportConduct training sessions to help teams effectively use the DAM platformProvide ongoing support and troubleshoot system-related issues Audit & CompliancePerform periodic audits to ensure compliance with copyright and licensing requirementsStay up-to-date on DAM best practices and industry standardsPreferred Experience & SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field3+ years of project management, operations, or DAM-related experienceStrong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience managing or supporting complex, multi-step processesProven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environmentAbility to manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneouslyExperience in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry strongly preferred
