Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical skills for complex business processes.
  • 1-3 years of experience in writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficient in business analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in conducting demos/training sessions.
  • Excellent documentation skills, including creating training/help guides.
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Clear communication for developer implementation.
  • Ownership of user stories, project delivery tracking, and identifying blockers.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and leading sprint/scrum meetings.
  • Attention to detail and proactive documentation management.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document complex business processes, ensuring thorough understanding and capturing of business requirements.
  • Clearly document user stories based on client requirements, UI/UX design, and inter-departmental needs.
  • Collaborate with developers, Process Associates, and Project Managers to structure user stories effectively.
  • Lead sprint and scrum meetings, ensuring all project elements are communicated clearly and thoroughly understood by developers.
  • Create detailed user stories, incorporating images, charts, and project flows to eliminate communication gaps.
  • Maintain and regularly update project documentation, including changes and revisions.
  • Proactively engage with all teams, incorporating feedback and suggestions to ensure alignment with client and business requirements.
  • Take ownership of user stories, tracking project delivery, and identifying potential blockers ahead of time.
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of new features and functionalities, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are ready for implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and suggesting course corrections as needed.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis, continuously improving your skills and contributing to the team’s knowledge base.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and guides to help end-users and clients understand new features and functionalities.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending changes.
