Software Backend Developer OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a software backend developer.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to design and implement server-based applications for enterprise environments.The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of RDBMS databases, including SQL and PostgreSQL, as well as query optimization techniques.Experience in backend development with C++ (or Java) and Microsoft Visual Studio is essential.The selected candidate will also have a strong understanding of the latest C++ development standards and be familiar with algorithms, STL containers, and data structures.Prior experience with REST APIs, handling big data, server architecture, microservices, and scalable code is required.Familiarity with Solr, Lucene, Elastic Search engines and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of product development methodologies and modern software design principles.Bonus points if you have experience with other development languages like C# and .NET framework.A love for working in a startup culture and quick-learning abilities are highly valued.About this Role:This role involves further development and maintenance of our C++ based software backend, focusing on high-quality implementation, transforming industrial customers' use cases into solutions.Design and implement logics and connections to external systems via diverse APIs.Mentor and develop young colleagues, sharing your expertise and best practices.Continuously optimize the software to ensure it meets the highest quality standards.Develop well-founded and exciting test and development tools for the processes and challenges of development support.Integrate with update and configuration management tools.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you should possess:At least 6 years (senior) or 3 years (junior) experience in software backend development.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
