HCM Implementation Expert LeadAs an HCM Implementation Expert Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM across various modules, including Benefits, Compensation, US Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, and Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and must have completed at least 2 implementations in Fusion.The candidate should have expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle, having been part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least 2 being with HCM Cloud.They must have working experience in one or more of the following modules: Benefits, Compensation, US Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL.An in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow is essential.The candidate should be client-facing and have interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, as well as organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing, are required.Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to the Project Manager is necessary.The candidate should be able to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems and interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.Domestic or international travel for short or long durations may be required.
