Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned consultant with extensive knowledge in Oracle SCM–OPM.Apart from technical skills, the candidate must have excellent communication and leadership qualities.Key SkillsOracle EBS R12 SCM: 7+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Oracle SCM modules.Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM): 7+ years of experience in setting up and managing OPM processes.Purchasing and Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory levels, optimizing procurement processes, and streamlining order fulfillment.Process Engineering and Execution: Expertise in designing and executing process engineering initiatives to improve efficiency.Quality and Product Development: Proficiency in managing quality control processes and product development lifecycles.Order-to-Cash Cycle: Knowledge of order-to-cash cycles and expertise in managing P2P and O2C processes.Standard Orders and Drop Shipments: Experience in managing standard orders, drop shipments, and B2B orders.India Localization (GST): Familiarity with India's GST regulations and implementation strategies.Average Item Costing: Expertise in calculating average item costs and optimizing shipping execution.Master Data Management: Knowledge of master data management principles and practices.ResponsibilitiesGather requirements for SCM & OPM business processes.Configure SCM & OPM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, OM, OPM Quality, Product Dev, GST, Costing).Lead/assist in implementations, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.Provide user training and post-production support.Coordinate with technical teams for RICE components.Optimize processes across procurement, inventory, OPM batch management, and order fulfillment.BenefitsCertified consultants will receive continuous training and career growth opportunities.State-of-the-art infrastructure to support innovation and collaboration.OthersAn ideal candidate will be required to work on-site at least 75% of the time.
