As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our financial plans, ensuring accurate and timely budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Responsibilities:Financial Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop comprehensive financial strategies, incorporating budgetary requirements, forecasted revenue and expenses, and cash flow management.Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular financial analysis to support strategic decisions, including monthly and annual reviews of financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.Cost Management: Provide recommendations on cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities to optimize financial performance and ensure efficient use of resources.Financial Planning and Budgeting: Prepare and manage financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Cash Flow Management: Monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management, ensuring liquidity and maintaining a healthy cash position.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, or similar).Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
