Job Title: Dental Billing Assistant Manager / Manager (Remote – India) Company: StafGo Health Location: Remote – India Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in U.S. Dental Billing & RCM About Us: StafGo Health is a U.S.-based, physician-owned and managed company specializing in comprehensive Dental and Medical Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) . With a strong reputation across all 50 states, we support solo providers, group practices, and DSOs in maximizing collections and streamlining operations. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Billing Assistant Manager or Manager to join our growing remote team in India. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in U.S. dental billing, with a deep understanding of end-to-end dental RCM processes , team leadership, and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the full dental billing cycle , including insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, A/R follow-up, and denial management Supervise and support a team of dental billers and specialists to meet productivity and quality benchmarks Handle escalations, resolve complex billing issues, and coordinate with U.S.-based clients and internal teams Ensure accurate coding (CDT), cross-coding (ICD-10/CPT) for oral surgery and other relevant procedures Track team KPIs and maintain reporting for collections, claim turnaround time, and rejection rates Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer policies, and state-specific billing regulations Conduct training, QA reviews, and performance evaluations for junior team members Assist with onboarding new clients and streamlining their billing processes Communicate effectively via email and Zoom with dental offices, practice managers, and U.S.-based operations staff Requirements: Minimum 7 years of experience in U.S. dental billing and RCM Strong knowledge of CDT codes, PPO & FFS plans, cross-coding for medical claims , pre-authorizations, and claim appeals Proficiency in at least two major dental software systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental, Curve, etc.) Experience in managing or mentoring a team of billers preferred Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal Must be highly organized, detail-oriented , and able to work independently Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred) Familiarity with Google Workspace, and dental clearinghouses is a plus
