📌 Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive / Officer Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Department: Quality Control & Assurance Company: Golden Bird Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.– Dental Materials Division 🏢 About the Company We are a rapidly growing dental materials startup engaged in the manufacturing, trading, and export of premium-quality dental consumables and equipment. Our product portfolio includes acrylic teeth & denture bases, waxes, sodium alginate, silicone-based impression materials, dental cements, endodontic medicaments, and dental plasters. We are driven by innovation, quality, and clinical reliability — and are now looking for a passionate Quality Control Executive to join our team and support our vision of delivering world-class dental solutions. 🧪 Key Responsibilities Quality Inspection & Testing • Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production – Raw Materials, In-Process (Semi-Finished), and Finished Products. • Perform dispatch audits to ensure product compliance before shipment. • Execute physical and chemical testing to verify quality standards, including but not limited to: • pH measurement • Viscosity • Mesh size • Density • Other relevant physical/chemical parameters Documentation & Compliance • Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, test records, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards. • Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability and accuracy of QC data. Instrumentation & Process Control • Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and testing equipment. • Continuously monitor, review, and improve quality control methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and product consistency. Continuous Improvement • Identify process gaps, propose corrective/preventive actions, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement solutions. • Contribute to the development of SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection protocols. 🎓 Required Qualifications • M.Sc. in Applied/Organic Chemistry (First Division). 🧪 Experience • 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control / Laboratory Testing in the Chemical, Pharma, or Dental Materials industry. • Freshers with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in QC are encouraged to apply. 🌟 Desirable Skills & Attributes • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret test results and quality data. • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 💡 Why Join Us? • Be part of a fast-growing, innovation-driven dental materials company. • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge materials and quality systems aligned with ISO 13485 standards. • Collaborative and supportive environment with real growth potential. 📩 How to Apply: Send your CV and a brief cover letter to info@indiagbi.com with the subject line: Application for QC Executive .
