The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience, with prior experience in a printing company being mandatory. The role demands strong technical expertise in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator, along with a solid understanding of print production processes, color management, and pre-press standards.The candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of translating client requirements into high-quality print-ready designs while adhering to UK market standards and timelines.Key Responsibilities:Design & Creative Execution:·        Create visually compelling designs for print materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, packaging, labels, business cards, catalogs, and marketing collaterals.·        Develop creative concepts and layouts aligned with client briefs, brand guidelines, and printing specifications.·        Modify, enhance, and adapt existing artworks as per client or production requirements.Printing & Pre-Press Expertise:·        Prepare print-ready files ensuring correct dimensions, bleed, trim marks, resolution, and color modes (CMYK, Pantone).·        Ensure compliance with printing standards and troubleshoot artwork issues before production.·        Coordinate closely with the printing and production team to ensure error-free output.·        Strong understanding of paper types, finishes, coatings, die-cuts, and binding techniques.Software & Technical Skills·        Expert-level proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory).·        Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.·        Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is an added advantage.·        Ensure proper file formats, font embedding, and version control for print delivery.Client & Communication Management·        Work closely with UK-based stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver within defined timelines.·        Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.·        Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Requirements·        Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.·        Prior experience working with a printing company is mandatory.·        Expert knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.·        Strong understanding of print production workflows and pre-press processes.·        Experience handling high-volume design work with precision and speed.Technical & Creative Skills·        Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.·        Ability to create accurate, print-ready artwork with minimal supervision.·        Excellent attention to detail and quality control.Soft Skills·        Strong communication and coordination skills.·        Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.·        Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.·        Time management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)·        Experience working with international or UK-based clients.·        Knowledge of packaging design and large-format printing.·        Familiarity with brand guideline implementation across print materials.·        Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives (social media, banners) is a plus.What We Offer·        Opportunity to work with a UK-based client on long-term projects.·        Professional and collaborative work environment.·        Exposure to international design standards and printing practices.·        Competitive compensation based on experience and skill set.
