In this role, you will design, develop, and implement secure and compliant software addressing a variety of healthcare regulations, including but not limited to Interoperability, HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, and emerging global mandates.This role requires strong technical expertise, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive key projects independently.As an IC4, you will collaborate with product, security, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure that Oracle Health products remain at the forefront of compliance and innovation, mentor junior team members, and contribute to Oracle's strategic initiatives. Join a collaborative, mission-driven team at the intersection of health and technology.ResponsibilitiesLead the interpretation, integration, and documentation of healthcare regulatory, privacy, and security requirements (such as E-Prescribing, Cures Act, HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, and other international mandates) into software design and operational processes. Lead and coordinate Security reviews for new and existing products, services, and third-party integrations to ensure compliance with Oracle's security policies and industry regulations. Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, robust web applications with diverse and evolving regulatory standards using both front-end and back-end technologies. Architect, design, and implement features across the full stack (UI, API, databases, and cloud infrastructure). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Proactively identify and address performance, security, and scalability challenges. Uphold coding best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and set standards for junior engineers. Mentor team members to drive technical growth and foster a culture of continuous learning. Ensure all deliverables meet Oracle's quality, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
