Project Support Engineer PositionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment, onboarding, support, and delivery of AI-based video analytics projects.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and commission Intozi video analytics systemsCoordinate with field engineers for camera integration, network setup, and hardware readinessConduct system testing, verification, and ensure readiness for PoCs and production deploymentsDiagnose issues related to cameras, servers, GPUs, networking, and software componentsWork closely with the engineering team to resolve bugs, configuration errors, and site-specific challengesProvide L1/L2 support for customer queries and incident resolutionMonitor system health, alerts, and analytics performance through dashboardsPrepare deployment reports, checklists, logs, RCA documents, and customer update reportsTrack SLA compliance and ensure timely ticket closuresInteract with clients, system integrators, and partners for smooth project executionConduct user training and help customers understand product workflowsSupport demo setups, PoCs, and pilot deploymentsMaintain installation guides, site survey reports, network diagrams, and deployment documentationEnsure adherence to project timelines and quality standardsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Basic understanding of networking, IP cameras, NVR/VMS systems, and server hardwareKnowledge of Linux, command-line usage, and basic troubleshootingFamiliarity with AI/video analytics concepts (preferred)Exposure to cloud/on-prem deployments, GPUs, and Docker (added advantage)Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and computer vision solutionsFast-paced learning environment with real exposure to enterprise deploymentsGrowth path towards Project Engineer/Implementation Lead rolesCompetitive salary + performance incentivesAbout Us:Our company is a fast-growing AI video analytics and computer vision company building cutting-edge solutions like Ikshana – AI Vision Agent, highway & mobility analytics, airport analytics, manufacturing compliance intelligence, and custom CV deployments across India.
