We are urgently seeking RPA Developer for MNC.Exp- 5-10 Yrs ( Relevant 4+ Yrs in RPA developer as Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, and Microsoft Power Automate.)CTC- upto 19 LPA MaxJob Location- Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata Please find below the RPA requirement Job description. Responsibilities:Role & responsibilities Design and implement RPA-based automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, and Microsoft Power Automate.Develop self-healing systems leveraging scripting languages like Python and automation tools like RPA tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive operational efficiency.Architect scalable automation frameworks and ensure integration with existing IT infrastructure.Provide technical leadership and guidance on automation best practices and emerging technologies.Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation implementations.Ensure to develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines.Actively lead projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customerWork Experience:5 - 10 years of experienceAdditional Responsibilities:• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions• One or two industry domain knowledge• Client Interfacing skills• Project and Team managementTechnical Requirements:Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, UIPath, BluePrism, Microsoft Power Automate. Proficiency in scripting and automation using RPA tools or Python. Experience in designing and deploying self-healing automation solutions. Understanding of IT operations and infrastructure automation. Ability to work independently and lead automation initiatives. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
