Oracle HCM Consultant RoleWe are seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant to lead our organization's implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementationsEnsure integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaSDesign scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modulesImplementation & Delivery:Lead full lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-liveDevelop technical components including HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast FormulasOversee data migration strategies and ensure compliance with security standardsStakeholder Management:Collaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goalsProvide guidance to functional and technical teams during project executionPerformance & Optimization:Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizationsImplement best practices for reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI PublisherMandatory Skills:Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, RecruitingStrong knowledge of integration architecture and OICHands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI PublisherProven ability to design real-time inbound/outbound integrationsFamiliarity with security roles, approval workflows, and compliancePreferred Skills:Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementationsKnowledge of Redwood UI, Page Composer, and HCM Experience Design StudioCertifications in Oracle HCM Cloud and OCISoft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultantsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
