Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist with expertise in Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) testing. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, good understanding of data flows, and experience with Informatica tools such as IDMC/IICS, CDI, and MDM SaaS.The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing of ETL pipelines across cloud and on-prem environments, validating source-to-target mappings, complex data transformations, and Slowly Changing Dimension logic. They will also perform data completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation testing, and test Informatica IDMC/IICS CDI mappings, taskflows, and ingestion patterns.In addition, the candidate will create test scenarios using mapping documents, Business Requirement Documents, and ETL workflows, and collaborate closely with integration teams to test upstream and downstream interfaces. They will also validate JSON/XML schema structure, status codes, and pagination logic.PREFERRED SKILLSMDM testing experience (Informatica MDM on-prem or MDM SaaS)Exposure to Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)Familiarity with Python/Shell scripting for data QA automationKnowledge of data governance and DQ workflows
