Our brand, born in Europe, aims to provide high-quality cosmetic products that cater to all your needs. www.shryoan.comLocation : DelhiRequirements: 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the beauty or cosmetic industry.Role :Strategic Planning & Execution:o Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.o Identify new online business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.Platform Management:o Oversee brand presence across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Purple, Meesho, Zepto, First Cry, Smitten, Geomart, Snapdeal and the brand’s own website.o Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure optimum performance.o Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, stock availability, and order fulfillment.Marketing & Campaigns:o Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and marketplaces.o Work closely with the design and content team for banners, creatives, and product visuals.o Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI. Analytics & Reporting:o Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs including sales, conversions, traffic, and customer behavior.o Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights for management.
