Job Role: Change And Release Manager

Job Location: Delhi

Exp Range: 4Years to 8Years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

  • Should have experience in Change and Release Management or any other related process
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and processes
  • Very good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good reporting skills
  • ITIL foundation certification

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of compute, cloud, virtualization & networking technologies

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Maintain and Enhance Change and Release Management processes and procedures
  • Manage and coordinate change requests, assessments, and approvals
  • Track change implementation and closure, during the life cycle of the change
  • Conduct post implementation review, where required and document the learnings and improvements
  • Develop and maintain release management plans and scheduled
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Generate and share relevant reporting on agreed frequency
  • Ensure that the applicable SLA are safe guarded and achieved
