Job Description- Draughtsman (Short term contract) Urgent requirement SHORT- TERM CONTRACT BASED WORK- 6 Months Experience: 5–6 Years Contract Duration: 6 Months Work Mode: Work From Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Hitech City Hyderabad, Telangana Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with strong AutoCAD skills to support our project team on a short-term contractual basis. The role requires precision, accuracy, and the ability to deliver high-quality drawings within tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD. Prepare plans, elevations, sections, layouts , and other technical drawings as required. Update and revise existing drawings based on instructions from architects/engineers. Coordinate with the project team to understand drawing requirements. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with technical standards and project specifications. Manage drawing files, maintain documentation, and ensure timely submission of deliverables. Support in preparing BOQs or measurements (if required). Required skill/Qualification: 5–6 years of experience as a Draughtsman in real estate, construction, or architecture. Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D added advantage). Hands-on knowledge of related tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software) is a plus. Strong understanding of building drawings, detailing, and industry standards . Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality drawings within strict timelines. Good communication and coordination skills. Contract Term: Short-term engagement for 6 months based on project requirements. Full-time, work-from-office role (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM). Compensation will be based on experience and project scope.
