Cloud Infrastructure EngineerWe are seeking a Founding DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud infrastructure as we scale our SaaS + AI platform ecosystem.The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Cloud Engineering with deep expertise in AWS, strong CI/CD automation skills, solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go), and a strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and distributed systems.Key Responsibilities:AWS InfrastructureArchitect and manage AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, IAM, CloudWatch).Build scalable and secure environments for SaaS + AI agent workloads.CI/CD & AutomationBuild and maintain automated deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins).Enable rapid, safe, and consistent releases.Containers & OrchestrationManage and optimize Docker and EKS/ECS clusters.Ensure reliable scaling for multi-agent systems and API services.Infra-as-Code & MonitoringWrite Terraform or CloudFormation for reproducible infrastructure.Implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).Security & ComplianceEnforce identity, access, encryption, network segmentation, and compliance practices.Support XeAgent's enterprise-grade security framework.Founding-Level OwnershipRecommend and define tooling, cloud strategy, and DevOps roadmap.Make architecture decisions that impact long-term product growth.You will directly collaborate with the founding team and help set the long-term engineering foundation.This is an equity-only opportunity at this stage (0.X% – X% based on depth of ownership). You will have full autonomy over cloud and DevOps architecture, flexible weekly commitment (12–15 hours), and the opportunity to shape a fast-growing AI + SaaS ecosystem.
