About UsWe are a leading brand in the D2C and e-commerce beauty segment, dedicated to providing high-quality, natural products.As a highly skilled and analytical professional with Power BI experience, you will join our data team and transform complex business data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize business performance across all channels.Dashboards Development: Design, develop, and maintain highly interactive, visually appealing, and performance-optimized Power BI dashboards and reports to meet the needs of various business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.)Data Modeling & Transformation: Connect to, ingest, and transform large, complex datasets from diverse sources, including:Multiple Marketplace data (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa, etc.). Marketing platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads).Demand Forecasting models and outputs.Key Responsibilities: Dashboard Development, Data Modeling & Transformation, Data Engineering Support, Database Management, Data Warehouse Proficiency, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML Knowledge, Optimization & Governance, Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer or a similar role. Domain Expertise: Proven working experience within the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and E-commerce industry. Power BI Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop (DAX, M-Query, Data Modeling) and Power BI Service (Deployment, Security, and Governance). Technical Stack: Strong command of Python for data processing and scripting, and expert ability to write complex, efficient SQL/MySQL queries.
