SAP Financial Process Optimization Lead

As a seasoned SAP expert, you will drive and optimize financial processes across SAP FI/CO. You will lead solution design, integrations, and continuous improvements while collaborating with finance and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.You will oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA R2R solutions that meet business requirements.Work closely with finance teams to gather requirements and improve financial processes through process optimization and automation.Apply deep expertise in FI/CO (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.Ensure integration with OTC, P2P, and other S/4 modules for end-to-end financial management.Mentor SAP analysts and support full-cycle implementations to deliver high-quality results.Drive process optimization, testing, training, and change management to ensure smooth system adoption.Troubleshoot R2R issues and recommend system enhancements to improve overall performance.Key Requirements:8+ years of SAP functional experience with a strong focus on S/4HANA R2R and business process improvement.Proven experience leading full-cycle S/4 implementations with successful project delivery.Strong FI/CO and integration knowledge with ability to analyze complex business problems.Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills to drive business outcomes.SAP S/4HANA or FI/CO certification preferred, but not required.Experience with S/4HANA Private Cloud is an added advantage for scalability and reliability.
