As a CA trainee, you will be part of a dynamic team that assists clients with financial procedures and ensures tax compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Audit Support: Collaborate with professionals to conduct audits, ensure accuracy, and identify areas for improvement.Preparation of Financial Statements: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely submission of statutory filings.Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with taxation policies, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS.RequirementsEssential QualificationsUnderstanding of Accounting and Auditing practices, principles, and standards.Knowledge of Taxation policies, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliance.Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally ERP, and other relevant financial tools.Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a professional setting.Currently pursuing a degree leading to Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualifications.
