Role SnapshotThis role sits at the intersection of creatives, performance marketing, and user psychology.You'll help shape NIAT's ad messaging by working with creative teams, tracking competitors, and speaking directly to students. What You'll Do- Coordinate daily ad creatives with copy, design, and performance teams- Review creatives for clarity, brand tone, and messaging quality- Do 2 student user calls daily (17-20 yrs) to understand fears & motivations- Convert insights into ad hooks, scripts, and briefs- Track competitor ads, landing pages, and messaging- Analyze creative performance (CTR, CPC, CPL) and share learnings You're a Fit If You:- Write clearly and think deeply about why ads work- Are curious about User behavior, reels, trends & creators- Are comfortable speaking to users daily- Care about quality, feedback, and learning fast- Want real exposure to performance marketing & comms Tools You'll Use / Learn- Canva / Figma (basic flows)- Google Sheets / Docs- Meta Ad Library- Google Ads transparency Center- Studio workflow tools- AI tools for creative ideation This is not a social media internship.It's a fast-track role into Marketing & Communications.Location: HyderabadDuration: 6 Months (Full-time)Conversion: High-performing interns will be offered a full-time roleWho can apply: Fresh graduates / MBA 2024/ 2025 pass-outsThis is the fastest path to becoming a Marketing & Comms Specialist early in your career.
