Senior Equity Capital Markets Leader

Job DescriptionMaximize shareholder value and market presence by spearheading equity capital markets strategy, overseeing IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, and placements. Foster relationships with corporates, investors, and financial institutions to originate mandates.Cultivate relationships with promoters, private equity funds, and family offices to generate new business opportunities.Develop investor collateral, engage with foreign institutional investors (FIIs), domestic institutional investors (DIIs), mutual funds (MFs), and manage roadshows. Monitor equity markets, volatility, and sector performance.Prepare pitch books and market commentary for internal advisors and clients.
