Join us in building innovative solutions that transform the healthcare experience. ---Role OverviewWe are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions. As a key contributor to our engineering team, you will work across the stack—developing both front-end and back-end systems—to create AI-powered applications that improve healthcare delivery. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy impactful features. ---Key Responsibilities - Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications. - AI Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate conversational AI models into the platform, enabling seamless voice interactions. - System Architecture: Contribute to system design and architecture decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. - Feature Ownership: Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, including writing clean, maintainable code and conducting thorough testing. - Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user-centric solutions. - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our tech stack and processes. ---Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer in production environments. - Expertise in front-end development using React (React Native experience is a plus). - Strong back-end development skills with Node.js (Express or similar frameworks). - Experience with databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and designing scalable data models. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
