Oracle EBS OPM Consultant Position OverviewThe Oracle EBS OPM Consultant role brings together business acumen and in-depth knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality modules. A successful candidate will analyze business problems and opportunities, recommending solutions based on the Oracle EBS Architecture to drive organizational success.Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to understand and translate requirements into functional specifications and design.Work closely with developers to hand off functional design and support in technical design and development of the solution.Test the solutions, facilitate SIT/UAT, and support deployment after going live.Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identify root causes of issues, and recommend and implement solutions for uninterrupted production operations.This position requires at least 6-9 years of experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing in EBS along with the Costing module. Experience in at least one full cycle implementation in the above modules is necessary. Minimum one support project experience in Oracle EBS Applications as an EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant is required.A strong understanding and hands-on experience in the following areas are essential: Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance in EBS, Oracle Cost Management, Plan to Produce and Make to Order business flows. Experience in working with development and functional teams to finalize cross-functional solutions is also required.Experience in preparing Test Scripts / BR100 and Test Execution in functional testing/system integration testing is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Good understanding of Agile Development Process is required. Experience in working in Configuration Management and Incident Management is also beneficial.Familiarity with Fusion SCM is a plus. Hands-on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL is necessary.
