Job Title: IT Infrastructure SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.Main Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT equipment and infrastructure, including procurement, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.This role involves managing office networks, including LAN and WAN configurations, as well as coordinating with internet providers and telcos. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for migration to a national AT&T network plan, security management, and hosting domain management through GoDaddy.Key Responsibilities:Network security management using Bitdefender and Microsoft DefenderManaging Outlook, hosting, and access controlHosting and domain management (GoDaddy)DNS management and SSL certificate renewalsZoom administration and troubleshootingConfiguration, call routing, and app installationsServer and remote access management (Trams hosting, Remote PCs)Vendor coordination (Network vendors / Sector 7 / Zoom / Telcos)Management of the India support teamDesktop support supervisionAccess management and ticket resolutionRequirements:To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in network/system administration, strong knowledge of network, hosting, and domain management, and the ability to manage vendors and internal IT support.
