SAP Success Factors Time Management Consultant We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an SAP Success Factors Time Management Consultant. As an SAP Success Factors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Success Factors Time Management module to optimize clients' HR processes, particularly in the area of time tracking. Your expertise in Success Factors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation. Key Responsibilities: Support for production issues in Time Management area and provide appropriate solution. Implement and configure SAP Success Factors Time Management solutions. Analyze client requirements and design solutions to meet their HR needs. Provide expert advice on SAP Best Practices for time management. Lead and support full-cycle implementation projects. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time management functionalities. Collaborate with multi-cultural teams and guide customers on-site and offshore. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Success Factors updates and enhancements.Requirements: More than 4 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects for SAP Success Factors Time Management. Certified in Success Factors Time Management module along with Employee Central. Experience with multiple Success Factors/SAP HCM solutions such as Employee Central, Time Off, Time Tracking, and Time Sheet. Strong understanding of HR business processes. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Experience with SAP HCM on-premise solutions is a plus. Integration knowledge and EC Payroll experience are advantageous.Work Environment: Collaborative and supportive team environment. Opportunities for learning and development.
