Job Title: Data Product ManagerAbout This RoleWe are seeking a skilled Data Product Manager to lead our global candidate and recruiting data product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in defining the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products that drive hiring insights, analytics, and operational excellence across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of candidate and recruiting data productsCollaborate with HR, BI&A, Finance, and Data Governance teams to understand data needs and requirementsTranslate business requirements into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs for data product developmentEnsure data consistency and integration with enterprise datasets (e.g., worker 360, client 360)Lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-quality data productsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage risks, and ensure sustainable product performanceRequirements10+ years of experience in data product management or related fieldStrong understanding of recruiting and candidate data (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)Experience with HRMS/ATS systems (Workday, iCIMS, SAP/Oracle, Eightfold.ai)Familiarity with modern data technologies (Snowflake, etc.)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAgile product management certification (preferred)BenefitsThis role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
