With a proven track record of delivering robust IAM solutions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive IAM strategies that drive business growth and security.Lead the IAM practice in the India region, overseeing a team of 50+ IAM professionals and providing hands-on leadership and mentorship to ensure their continued growth and development.Develop and implement IAM strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance and governance.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to architect and deploy innovative IAM solutions using Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft IAM suite, Directory Services, and related technologies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IAM processes, automation, and tooling to enhance security posture and operational efficiency, ensuring high standards of service delivery, customer satisfaction, and SLA adherence.Manage resource planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation within the IAM practice, staying current with emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices to guide the practice's innovation roadmap.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in leading IAM teams and driving business growth through strategic planning and implementation.Strong technical expertise in IAM tools and technologies, including Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, and Microsoft IAM suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Comprehensive health insurance and retirement plan.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Others:Our organization is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.
