What You'll Do As a Junior Art Director, you will: Conceptualize and design creative campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms. Collaborate with copywriters, visualizers, and client servicing teams to develop innovative concepts . Translate client briefs into compelling, visually strong ideas that align with brand objectives. Supervise and guide designers/visualizers in executing creative work. Ensure design quality, consistency, and attention to detail across deliverables. Stay updated on design and advertising trends to bring fresh perspectives to projects. Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and, when required, to clients. What We Want We are looking for someone who: Has 3–4 years of experience in advertising/design (with a strong portfolio). Possesses excellent conceptualization and visualization skills . Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools. Understands branding, typography, layout, and campaign design . Is creative, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines. Enjoys team collaboration while also being capable of taking ownership of ideas.
