About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Manager to oversee the expansion of our partner ecosystem, optimize affiliate performance and foster long-term mutually beneficial relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify, onboard and nurture new affiliates and publishers into our network.Client Support: Manage day-to-day affiliate communications, support and relationship building.Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI and scale.Compliance: Ensure affiliates comply with company policies, campaign guidelines and quality standards.Negotiations: Negotiate deals, payouts and incentives to build profitable long-term partnerships.Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to align affiliate growth with client objectives.Issue Resolution: Proactively address issues such as traffic quality compliance and performance dips.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager Publisher Manager or in Performance Marketing.Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret traffic and performance data.Affiliate Tracking Platforms: Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms.Digital Marketing Channels: Knowledge of digital marketing channels.Independence & Accountability: Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple accounts.About UsWe empower businesses to connect authentically with their audiences driving meaningful interactions and measurable outcomes across all digital touchpoints.
