We‘re on the lookout for a driven and creative Visual Designer to join our brand team. This is an in-office position based in Okhla Phase III, offering an unique opportunity to collaborate with innovators and contribute to projects that bring BotLab’s brand vision to life.

Role Summary
As a Visual Designer, you’ll support our design team in crafting clean, visually appealing graphics across multiple platforms. You‘ll be hands-on with a variety of projects, bringing fresh ideas and an eye for detail to digital and print designs. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop a strong design foundation and make a meaningful impact on our brand‘s visual identity.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in creating and maintaining high-quality graphics with an eye for detail.
● Support the design team with tasks across social media graphics, website assets, presentations, infographics, and marketing collaterals.
● Collaborate with marketing and design team members, incorporating feedback and refining designs.
● Interpret creative briefs and contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions.
● Develop visuals aligned with BotLab’s branding, including icons, photo edits, collages, and vector illustrations.
● Learn and adhere to best practices for digital and print design.

Must-Have Skills
● Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
● Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
● Strong attention to detail with an eagerness to learn and take constructive feedback.
● Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
● A collaborative attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have
● Video editing skills.
● Prior experience with design internships or freelance projects.
● Knowledge of Figma or other design tools.
● Interest in emerging tech and visual storytelling.
