Seeking an experienced Architect with deep expertise in Digital Experience Platform (DXP) integrations, particularly with ERP and HCM systems. This role involves guiding the development team and offering expert consultation to ensure seamless integration for customers' Accounts Payable (AP) and Human Resources (HR) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Integration Expertise: Provide expert guidance on integrating the DXP platform with ERP and HCM systems to enhance AP and HR processes.

· Consultation: Offer strategic advice on industry best practices and standards for platform integration.

· Development: Lead the development of integration code, ensuring that all solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

· Domain Knowledge: Work closely with product managers, sharing domain-specific knowledge to shape integration strategies and support project success.

· Testing & Production Readiness: Oversee the testing of integrations and ensure that all systems are fully operational and production-ready.

Required Qualifications:

· Extensive experience in platform architecture, with a focus on DXP, ERP, and HCM systems.

· Proven track record of leading integration projects in large-scale environments.

· Strong understanding of AP and HR processes within ERP and HCM frameworks.

· Excellent consultation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

· Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for system integrations.

Preferred Experience:

· Prior experience working within the Iron Mountain environment or with similar industry-leading platforms.

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and development teams.
