Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the legal backbone of our growing global business.Your primary responsibility will be to own and scale our US contracting function, supporting our fast-growing sales motion. You will negotiate complex enterprise deals, work across jurisdictions (US, UK, EMEA, APAC), and be the go-to advisor on privacy, AI, and IP issues.This is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded legal professional who wants to work at the cutting edge of SaaS, procurement, and AI.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting and Reviewing ContractsYou will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, teaming arrangements, etc.Driving Deals to CloseYou will partner with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams to accelerate revenue while protecting company interests.Spotting and Solving Commercial and Legal RisksYou will identify commercial and legal risks early and propose practical, business-friendly mitigations.Advising Across BordersYou will counsel internal teams on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and intellectual property issues across multiple jurisdictions.Simplifying the LegalYou will translate complex legal positions into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers.Staying AheadYou will track legal trends in tech, AI, and data regulation; brief leadership on emerging risk areas.Building Scalable ProcessesYou will develop templates, playbooks, and deal trackers that streamline operations.RequirementsA qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, ideally in a tech (SaaS/product) or fast-growth environment.Experienced in US commercial contracting (enterprise sales preferred).Confident negotiating with large customers and procurement teams.Adept at privacy and IP counseling, including data transfer and AI-related issues.A strategic doer—equally comfortable drafting complex contracts and advising execs.A clear communicator who can disagree without drama and get things done.Thrives in ambiguity, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys solving legal puzzles fast.BenefitsFully remote work arrangement.Autonomy with impact – shape the legal backbone of a growing global business.Flexible hours across time zones.A no-egos culture that values sharp thinking and bias for action.Competitive compensation package.
