Job DescriptionSenior Data Scientists are sought after to spearhead the development of cutting-edge Generative AI systems.Responsibilities:Lead projects from ideation to production deployment, leveraging expertise in machine learning and data science.Develop high-performance models using state-of-the-art architectures and fine-tune them for real-world applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems.Own AI projects end-to-end, ensuring successful implementation and monitoring.Required Skills and QualificationsProgramming & Frameworks:Advanced Python skills with expertise in multiprocessing and async programming.Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, and HuggingFace Transformers/Diffusers.Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, W&B, and Kubeflow.Familiarity with CUDA, CuPy, and CuGraph.Generative & Agentic AI:Knowledge of RAG (standard, graph-based) and vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, and Milvus.Understanding of multi-agent orchestration and fine-tuning diffusion models.Experience with LLM fine-tuning on Llama3, Mistral, CodeLlama, Falcon, and Gemma.Advanced prompt engineering and function calling skills.ML & Deep Learning:Expertise in XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, clustering, PCA/UMAP, CNNs, RNNs/LSTMs, Transformers, GNNs, Time-series, and RL.Computer Vision:Experience with YOLO, DETR, Faster R-CNN, OCR, video analytics, and multi-modal applications.Optimization & Deployment:TensorRT, ONNX, quantization, pruning, distillation, Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, App Services, and monitoring tools.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for growth and professional development, collaborative work environment, and recognition for outstanding performance.OthersA bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. 3.5–7 years of experience in ML/AI with proven end-to-end solution delivery is necessary.
