Hiring for Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant PositionJob Location: Doha, Qatar (Remote/Onsite)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Architecture StrategyCreate end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.Evaluate integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.Develop scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.Implementation & DeliveryLead full lifecycle implementations:requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live.Develop technical components including HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas.Ensure data migration strategies align with security standards.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with business teams to synchronize HCM processes with organizational goals.Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution.Performance & OptimizationAnalyze system health checks and recommend optimizations.Implement best practices for reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.Mandatory SkillsExpertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.Strong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.Proven ability to design real-time inbound/outbound integrations.Familiarity with security roles, approval workflows, and compliance.Preferred SkillsExperience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.Knowledge of Redwood UI, Page Composer, and HCM Experience Design Studio.Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud and OCI.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
