Job Opportunity:We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Article Assistant to support our team in taxation-related activities.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.Conduct research and analysis on tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure compliance with current practices.Prepare and review tax computations, provisions, and schedules.Provide tax planning and advisory services, identifying opportunities to minimize liabilities.Perform internal and statutory audits, examining financial records and statements to ensure compliance.Manage GST filings, including returns, reconciliation statements, and related documentation.Ensure accurate TDS withholding and timely remittance as per regulatory requirements.Collaborate with team members to perform Bank CMA and related financial analysis.Requirements:Pursuing or recently completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) Intermediate or CWA Intermediate.General knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws and procedures.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
