This is a role for someone who has a deep understanding of the NEET ecosystem and can lead the creation of the NEET category from scratch.Key Responsibilities:Vertical Development: Plan, create, and execute strategies for the NEET vertical including content development, teacher hiring, operations management, and product strategy.Pricing and Packaging Strategy: Develop pricing strategies, packaging options, and scaling plans for NEET batches to ensure maximum value delivery.Faculty Management: Identify, hire, and coordinate with experienced Physics, Chemistry, Biology faculty to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.Academic Quality Control: Maintain academic standards that surpass industry expectations and ensure a superior learning experience for students.Lecture Creation and Delivery: Oversee the creation of lectures, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses to meet the diverse needs of students.Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning to maximize student satisfaction and retention.Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to provide an engaging and seamless learning experience for students.Student Feedback and Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions to improve the overall learning experience.Business Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to launch successful campaigns and establish the NEET brand in the market.Digital Outreach: Support YouTube integrations, ads, and outreach strategies to expand the brand's online presence.Conversion and Retention Strategies: Analyze student behavior to develop effective conversion and retention strategies.
